  • Royal Dress Hire reserves the right to change prices without notification. Prices on confirmed special orders will not be changed.

  • Prices on website may differ from actual prices in-store.

  • Quotes are valid for 7 days from date of issue.

  • Expected delivery dates supplied for online orders are an estimate only. 

  • Custom dresses are made to specific measurements. Royal Dress Hire will not take responsibility for any measurements supplied by the client which are incorrect.

  • Merchandise colors may vary on screen.

  • Products displayed in the images are subject to availability.

  • All goods are to be paid for in full prior to collection.

  • Alteration requirements are charged separately and must be paid for in full prior to the merchandise being altered.

  • No refunds or exchanges will be made on custom dress orders and sale items.

  • No cash refunds will be processed in store.

  • All hire items must be returned before 12:00 on the indicated date.

  • Any damage to the dress or unreasonable cleanliness of the dress on return will result in full or partial loss of deposit

  • Due to special care needed hire items are only to be cleaned by Royal Dress Hire.
